Red Dirt Diva
I grew up in a small Oklahoma town in a farming/ranching family. I hung out a lot with my Dad, paying attention to how he solved everyday problems. I went on to a Fortune 500 company where I gained incredible experience in later starting two small businesses.
My Granny Rose had an incredible collection of colorful and sparkly costume jewelry from the 1940s and 1950s. My sisters and I played “dress up” many times. In 2011, I became interested in creating jewelry and watched and learned from every tutorial I could find. I loved the creative process! I create contemporary jewelry and am looking forward to local art/market festivals.
A few of my handmade pretties!
